Craig Martin brings over 25 years of luxury hospitality to the table, working across alpine lodges, private estates and international residences throughout New Zealand, Europe and Asia. His cooking is grounded in story, place and people: provenance-driven, refined in technique and generous in spirit.
A five-course menu plus canapés, built around the finest New Zealand produce with global influence. The food creates natural pauses in the evening and space for conversation.

Wines curated for the evening, sharing the stories behind them and the legacy of the people who made them. Hosted in a relaxed, story-led way educational without being a lecture, confident without being intimidating.

Craig Martin and NV Wines will come to your place and bring the whole evening with them, food, wine and hosting included. All you need to do is gather the people.
This is an intimate, hosted food and wine evening capped at 10 guests, personal and generous, and it happens in your own home or private space.
The evening flows as one cohesive journey. Craig leads the food and Nicky leads the wine. Food sets the rhythm, wine tells the story, and your guests create moments.
