Think of it as your own private wine bar, hosted by Nicky, with handpicked bottles at your place.

  • 1. From first contact to final toast

    Your experience starts with a personal consultation. Nicky will connect with you to understand your event’s purpose, the vibe you’re aiming for, the number of guests attending, and any wine preferences or themes you have in mind. 

    Whether you’re after a relaxed, social tasting or a more educational, structured session, the experience will be shaped around you.

  • 2. Curating the perfect lineup

    (Once we know your style), Nicky will craft a wine list tailored to your preferences (tastes) and budget. 

    Every wine selected is boutique, handpicked, and comes with a story. 

    From small, independent producers to unique varietals you won’t find in your average bottle shop, we aim to surprise and delight your palate with wines of character and integrity. 

    Pricing is flexible, but quality is never compromised.

  • 3. Setting the scene

    On the day of your event, Nicky arrives early to set up a beautiful and welcoming tasting space, bringing glassware, tasting menus (list of wines or tasting notes where applicable). 

    Kitchen bench, boardroom table, or garden terrace, we’ll create an atmosphere that’s warm, elegant, and conducive to good conversation and great wine.

  • 4. The tasting experience

    Over 90 minutes to three hours, your group will be guided through a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, typically including:

    • Crisp and aromatic dry whites

    • Richer, more textured white wines

    • Rosés with vibrancy and charm

    • Elegant, light-bodied reds

    • Bold, full-bodied reds

    • A sweeter or dessert-style wine to finish

    Plus a surprise ‘mystery wine’ to challenge your taste buds and spark conversation

    Each wine is introduced with background about the winery, the winemaker, and what makes the wine special, bringing the story behind the bottle to life.
